Robert Half BV and Robert Half Project Sourcing BV seek a Financial Controller (m/f/x) to lead project finance governance for a Brussels-based portfolio. You will forecast, manage revenue recognition, WIP and cash flow while driving governance and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will mentor managers and senior controllers, partner with executives, and push process improvements, with a focus on compliance and reliable reporting across Europe.

Qualifications

• MBA/CM A or equivalent senior finance qualification with substantial project finance experience.
• Minimum 7 years in project finance, controllership, or financial management in services or consultancy.
• Proven leadership of managers or dispersed finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of governance, revenue recognition, and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Translate business strategy into financial strategy and operating priorities.
• Lead and coach project finance teams, building capability across reporting and business partnering.
• Oversee revenue recognition, WIP, forecasting, and cash flow for the portfolio.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation in finance.
• Present performance to senior leadership with clear actions and risk mitigation.
