PwC Belgium is seeking a Business Controller to join the internal finance team. You will support the full finance function, from planning and reporting to data analysis and strategic decision support, contributing to a values-driven organization.

You will consolidate monthly reports, analyze variances, and contribute to process improvements and automation. Collaboration with Finance and other teams will be essential, with mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to a dynamic professional

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Initial experience in controlling, accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and interest in financial data and reporting.

Responsabilités

Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and reporting packs.
Analyze cost and revenue trends, variances, and KPIs.
Support budgeting and forecasting with data gathering and analyses.
Investigate results and explain variances through drivers analysis.
Develop and enhance Power BI reports and automate recurring analyses.
