Job summary

SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in Malle, Belgium seeks a Senior Project Engineer on a fixed-term 2-year contract. You will lead and support initiatives from New Product Introductions to line trials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient projects.

You will drive process improvements, equipment upgrades, and qualification activities, while maintaining clear timelines and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing, process, filling, or packaging environment.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with automation systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
• Foundation in project management methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support initiatives including New Product Introductions and modifications to existing products.
• Oversee equipment upgrades, process improvements, line trials, and machinery qualification activities.
• Coordinate line trials, equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Maintain visibility of multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for external suppliers and contractors.
