Job summary
SC Johnson in Malle, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer on a fixed-term basis. You will lead or support NPD initiatives, coordinate equipment upgrades and process improvements, and manage project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a bachelor’s in electromechanical engineering, GMP experience, and fluency in Dutch and English, with SAP ERP familiarity and a proactive, cross-functional mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, process, filling or packaging environments.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Automation systems experience and familiarity with ERP/SAP.
- GMP-regulated manufacturing experience and basic project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support New Product Development projects and upgrades.
- Drive equipment and process improvement across operations.
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Coordinate line trials, installation, commissioning and qualification.
- Maintain visibility of multiple concurrent projects and action plans.
- Serve as primary contact for suppliers and contractors.
- Facilitate site access, permits and project follow-up.
