Job summary

SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in Malle, Belgium, seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a fixed-term 2-year contract. You will lead or support multidisciplinary projects, coordinating between suppliers and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality machinery and process improvements.

You’ll manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders while driving line trials, installations and qualifications. Strong engineering fundamentals and GMP experience are essential, with Dutch and English proficiency and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, filling, or packaging environments.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with automation systems and ERP (SAP).
• GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience.
• Foundation in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support initiatives: new product introductions, product modifications, equipment upgrades, process improvements, line trials and machinery qualification.
• Act as a key coordinator between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality project delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement and deliver tangible business results.
• Coordinate line trials, equipment installation, commissioning and qualification activities.
• Maintain visibility of concurrent projects and ensure successful execution.
• Serve as primary contact for external suppliers and contractors.
• Facilitate third-party interventions, permits, site access and project follow-up.
