Job summary

SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in Belgium seeks a SHE Analyst for a fixed-term 2-year contract. You will join a collaborative team at the Malle site, supporting safety, health and environmental initiatives and driving continuous improvements on the shop floor.

This role targets recent graduates or early-career professionals; strong interest in workplace safety and environmental management is essential. Regular office hours with some after-hours activity and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prevention Advisor Level 2 qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support SHE compliance activities, audits, permits and reporting processes.
• Analyze SHE data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in Gemba walks, inspections and risk assessments.
• Assist with safety and environmental training programs.
• Contribute to incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive SHE improvements and culture.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and SHE projects.
• Maintain accurate SHE systems, records and metrics.
• Be an active member of the SCJ Malle SHE team and promote safety ownership.
