Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Geel, located in Geel, Belgium, seeks a Project Engineer (M/V/X) to drive end-to-end logistics improvements and CAPEX projects within the Weighing & Logistics (W&L) team. This role focuses on coordinating activities between operations, engineering, quality, and EHS, delivering projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (logistics, engineering or supply chain).
• 2–5 years of experience in an industrial environment; project work is a plus.
• Strong interest in project work and technical aspects of industrial projects.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Capex projects within Weighing & Logistics.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment between operations, engineering, quality, EHS and other stakeholders.
• Support the Portfolio Management process within W&L and gradually take on responsibility for coordinating and following up on the project portfolio.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate departmental needs into project initiatives.
