JERA Nex bp is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead corporate controlling for offshore wind capex projects. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across development and construction phases, with strong emphasis on SAP-based data and cost control.

You will partner with project leaders, ensure accurate accruals, and deliver timely financials to management, boards and banks in a fast-growing international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in finance or related discipline.
• At least 7 years’ experience and 3 years’ in a similar role; experience in on-/offshore wind or oil & gas is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex financial & technical business and its interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of analytical and accounting concepts; familiar with SAP and reporting systems.
• Advanced MS Office; interest in financial modelling.
• Organised enough to track multiple projects and perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Accurate and with strong analytical skills.
• Strong social and communicative skills; able to work in a team or autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Provide finance oversight for large capex projects in development or construction.
• Develop and implement an effective project cost management system.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & reporting over development/construction lifetimes; monitor spend.
• Provide high-quality cost insights for decision making including variance analysis.
• Ensure accruals are accurate for audit readiness.
• Track commitment and expenditure; ensure compliance with WBS and budgets.
• Monitor staffing requirements for the project.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management, board, banks, and stakeholders.
• Understand development & construction processes of large capex projects.
• Manage SAP project masterdata for reporting.
