Job summary

JERA Nex bp is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to partner with managers and employees across HR topics, driving strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will evolve with the organization, shaping your role and delivering impact across multiple HR domains.

The role covers talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, HR projects & operations, and data insights. A hands-on, business-minded mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (HR, Law, Psychology, Business).
• Several years of experience in a broad HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition from vacancy to onboarding.
• Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and manager support.
• Guide performance management processes and employee development.
• Lead HR projects related to processes, systems and org development.
• Use HR data to support decision-making and reporting.

You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees while supporting both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

In this role you will:

Talent acquisition

• Manage recruitment processes from vacancy to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.

Learning & development

• Coordinate learning initiatives and development programmes.
• Support managers in building talent and strengthening capabilities.
• Help foster a culture of continuous learning.

Performance management

• Support performance and talent management processes.
• Guide managers on goal setting, feedback and employee development.

HR projects & operations

• Support and lead HR projects related to processes, systems and organisational development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational HR support when business priorities require it.

Data & insights

• Use HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Contribute to HR reporting and dashboards.
• Promote a fact-based approach to people decisions.

To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a broad HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing project work with operational responsibilities.
• Analytical, business-minded and driven by facts rather than assumptions.
