JERA Nex bp is seeking an O&M Readiness Engineer to define and improve O&M strategies for current and future offshore wind projects. You will work with the O&M team to ensure readiness and successful implementation. Travel in Belgium, the UK and beyond will be required; offshore work may occur.

Fluent in English; Master’s in engineering; strong analytical and communication skills are essential. You will support business development and tender analyses with technical and commercial input,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Civil/Construction/Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in offshore wind O&M and service contracts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define O&M strategies and targets for new and existing projects.
• Support tender analyses with technical and commercial insights.
• Collaborate with O&M supply chain from market contact to contract.
• Lead knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement.
