Job summary

Q8Truck is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the construction, refurbishment and upgrade of unmanned truck stations across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. You will drive projects from concept to handover and align input from regional teams into concrete technical plans.

You will manage timelines, budgets and quality while coordinating contractors and internal teams. A master’s in engineering and 5+ years of infra project experience are required; French and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from A to Z: new builds, reconstructions and refurbishments.
• Translate needs into clear technical plans and executable projects.
• Control planning and budget: monitor timelines, costs and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and QHSSE standards across Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams as central point of contact.
• Safeguard operations and plan maintenance/upgrades for network reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology and execution.
• Embed safety in every step and promote a zero-incident culture.
