Q8Truck is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the construction, refurbishment and upgrade of unmanned truck stations across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. You will coordinate with regional teams, architects and authorities to ensure timelines, costs and safety are met.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain an overview, make decisions and drive improvements while keeping operations reliable and safe across borders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects is expected.
• Experience with petrol stations, truck stations or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from A to Z, managing new builds, reconstructions and refurbishments from concept to handover.
• Translate input from regional teams into clear technical plans and executable projects.
• Control planning and budget by monitoring timelines, costs and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and QHSSE standards across Belgium, France and Luxembourg; align with architects and authorities.
• Manage stakeholders by coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams; act as central point of contact.
• Safeguard operations by organizing maintenance and upgrades to keep the network operational.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, technology and execution.
• Embed safety by integrating safety in every step and contributing to a zero-incident culture.

As Project Engineer at Q8Truck, you take the lead in the construction, refurbishment and upgrade of unmanned truck stations across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. From first concept to final delivery, you keep everything on track.

You connect people, technology and execution. And you make sure everything aligns: planning, budget, quality and safety.

Your biggest challenge

You manage multiple projects across Belgium, France and Luxembourg, each with its own regulations and stakeholders.

You keep the overview. You take decisions. And you make sure projects move forward.

What you’ll do

• Lead projects from A to Z

This is you

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience with petrol stations, truck stations or industrial projects is a plus
• You have a multidisciplinary mindset and keep control in complex environments
• You plan, organize and deliver
• You communicate clearly and take decisions with confidence
• You work independently and take full ownership
• You are accurate, quality-driven and solution-oriented
• You are fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
