• PRINCE2 certification with project governance.
• Project management across Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
• Deep SAP ECC domain knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The main responsibility of the IT Program Manager Transformation ERP SR is to manage several business–IT projects in the area of SAP ECC, including the transformation of our SAP ECC to a new ERP solution. This includes the preparation and monitoring of the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as the execution of it. At the same time, this Program Manager will be responsible for the management of other strategic projects as well as the implementation of test management, in accordance with Vivaqua's standards.
• These missions are carried out using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, as well as M365 tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate, SAG, etc.
• It should be noted that the choice of the ERP of the future has not yet been made (study in progress).

In this role, he will be responsible for:

• Managing the transformation of our current SAP ECC to a new ERP, including:
• The definition and management of the European public procurement to select the future ERP solution as well as the implementation partner. (Technology not decided at this time)
• The management of the SAP ECC transformation project to the future ERP solution, including the migration, transition and standardization of processes.
• The identification, monitoring and support necessary to integrate the needs of key users into several other strategic projects.
• Detailed monitoring of projects in terms of scope, schedule, resources and budget, including risk and issue management.
• The implementation of an in-depth management test for the projects concerned, based on the testing methodology defined by Vivaqua.
• The organization of the change management component for these projects, in collaboration with the business and the Change Management unit, while guaranteeing adequate training of end users.
• Support to the PMO for systematic project monitoring (PSR), as well as for capacity, budget and deadline management.
• The implementation of project governance in line with expectations, using monitoring tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.
