ITS Group Benelux is looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT Production initiatives within a large organization in Brussels. This role involves managing scope, budget, and stakeholder communications while fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in a related role, with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and IT infrastructure, especially in the banking sector. Proficiency in French or Dutch, along with English, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 20 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical architecture documentation.
• Experience with infrastructure-related projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies at scale.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong asset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of the other language.
• Good level of English required.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT Production initiatives within a large and dynamic organization. In this role, you will act as an initiative owner, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery while balancing scope, budget, quality, and timelines. You will work in a multi‑stakeholder environment and play a key role in bridging business and IT teams, ensuring optimal solutions are implemented.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of IT production initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish
• Manage scope, budget, prioritization, and value delivery
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with expected outcomes
• Handle stakeholder management at multiple levels (team, tribe, executive)
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrum, PI Planning, governance meetings, etc.)
• Identify, track, and resolve impediments at initiative level
• Foster a collaborative and trust‑based environment to support decision‑making
• Ensure clear and efficient communication across business and IT stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business needs and IT suppliers, challenging both sides when necessary
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices and delivery processes
