ITS Group Benelux is looking for a Senior PMO to support a major strategic transformation programme in a complex, multi‑country environment. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of IT experience and expertise in project governance, risk management, and reporting.

Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential. You will collaborate closely with various project streams and ensure effective governance and reporting throughout the transformation process.

Senior PMO – Strategic Transformation Programme

ITS Group is seeking a Senior PMO to support a large‑scale strategic transformation programme within a complex, multi‑country environment. The role will be embedded directly within project streams and work closely with Stream Leads, the Country Delivery Manager, and transversal PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply project governance, methods, and drumbeat defined by the transversal PMO.
• Support stream meetings, ceremonies and follow‑up routines.
• Steer intra‑stream planning and coordinate dependencies with other streams.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and support mitigation or remediation actions.
• Facilitate workshops and deep dives on specific stream‑related topics.
• Consolidate and qualify information to highlight key messages and decision points.
• Prepare executive‑level documentation, reporting and steering committee material.
• Produce recurrent and on‑demand progress and risk reports.
• Ensure rigorous and continuous updates in JIRA.
• Support collaboration across several countries and organizational layers.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IT professional experience.
• Senior PMO experience in complex IT transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in project governance, planning, reporting and risk management.
• Experience with large IT replatforming projects.
• Ability to understand business processes in the context of an operational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Strong executive‑level reporting and slide deck preparation skills.
• Experience with JIRA and structured project follow‑up.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi‑layered and international environment.
• Fluent trilingual level in French, Dutch and English.
• Experience in energy, utilities or large‑scale operational environments is a strong plus.
