ITS Group Benelux recherche un développeur Full-stack expérimenté avec solide expérience .NET et Angular, prêt à contribuer au développement, à la maintenance et au support d'applications web et microservices dans un environnement Cloud et DevOps.
Le candidat idéal possède au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur Azure et Angular 2+, maîtrise C# et ASP.NET Core Web API, et travaille de manière autonome en équipe Agile. Poste basé en Belgique, contrat à temps plein.
Qualifications
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le développement d'applications basées sur .NET.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience avec .NET 6 ou plus.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur Microsoft Azure et Angular 2+.
- Expertise forte en C# et ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Expérience avec Entity Framework et Azure DevOps.
- Connaissance des services Azure (Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus).
- Utilisation d'Infrastructure as Code (Bicep).
- Excellente compréhension des bases de données relationnelles (SQL Server/Oracle).
- Bonne pratique de développement et tests unitaires (NUnit/xUnit).
- Approche Agile et capacité à travailler avec Product Owner et équipes techniques.
- Certification ou expérience équivalente en développement .NET.
- Niveau néerlandais proche du natif C2.
Responsabilités
- Développer, maintenir et supporter des applications web et microservices .NET/Angular.
- Concevoir des solutions fonctionnelles et techniques ; écrire des tests unitaires.
- Construire des services backend évolutifs en .NET 6+ et C#; API Web ASP.NET Core.
- Réaliser des applications front-end modernes avec Angular.
- Mettre en place des solutions Azure natives (Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services).
- Utiliser Infrastructure as Code (Bicep).
- Traduire les exigences métiers en solutions techniques concrètes.
- Collaborer avec les Product Owners, développeurs et équipes infrastructure.
- Participer à la planification, gestion des changements et des releases.
- Supporter l'équipe produit dans l'estimation des activités de développement.

Our client is looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer with a strong .NET background and proven expertise in Angular and Microsoft Azure. You will contribute to the development, maintenance and support of production-grade web applications and microservices within a modern Agile, Cloud and DevOps environment. The ideal candidate can work autonomously, translate complex requirements into reliable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with Product Owners, developers and infrastructure teams.
- Develop, maintain and support web applications and microservices.
- Contribute to functional and technical solution design.
- Build scalable backend services using .NET 6+, C# and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Develop modern front-end applications with Angular.
- Implement Azure-native solutions using Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault and App Services.
- Use Infrastructure as Code, specifically Bicep.
- Translate business and technical issues into concrete solutions.
- Write unit tests using NUnit or xUnit.
- Document developments, analyses and technical decisions.
- Apply development best practices and internal IT standards.
- Support the Product Owner in splitting features and estimating development activities.
- Participate in planning, change management and release management activities.
- Execute and monitor releases, occasionally outside regular office hours.
- Share knowledge and support other developers in identifying optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with the service desk, project leaders, infrastructure teams and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of incoming requests.
- At least 3 years of experience developing .NET-based applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with .NET 6 or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- At least 5 years of experience with Angular 2+.
- Strong C# and ASP.NET Core Web API expertise.
- At least 3 years of experience with Entity Framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault and Service Bus.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong web development and unit-testing experience.
- Experience with NUnit or xUnit.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Relevant certification or equivalent professional experience in .NET development.
- Native or near-native Dutch proficiency – CEFR C2.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, accurate and proactive working style.
- Experience with Azure App Services.
- At least 3 years of experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
