Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Clinical Lab and Blood Transfusion Management System portfolio across Europe (excluding UKI). You will maximise the portfolio's contribution to growth by shaping strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Clinical Pathology and Blood Transfusion workflows and patient safety considerations.
• Strong European healthcare market orientation and executive relationship-building.
• Advanced product management skills across strategy, discovery, roadmaps, requirements and agile delivery.
• Experience using Voice of Customer for insight synthesis and problem framing.
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards and regulatory collaboration.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, tenders, and value messaging.
• Analytical approach to product usage and customer behavior.
• Hands-on use of generative AI in product management or related roles.
• Excellent communication with executives and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own regional product growth outcomes for Clinical Lab and Blood Transfusion portfolio, define KPIs tied to adoption, retention and value.
• Develop, communicate and refine regional product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Maintain market intelligence through engagement with customers, partners and influencers.
• Drive AI-first, data-led product cadence covering insights, backlog health and release readiness.
• Lead Voice of Customer, discovery, design and backlog prioritisation with cross-functional teams.
• Translate clinical, regulatory and patient-safety requirements into clear product needs and delivery decisions.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing on launches, bids and tenders, and manage delivery partnerships.
• Monitor product performance and lead structured improvement actions.
• Represent Product Management at regional leadership forums and mentor junior staff.
