Trasis is seeking a Product Manager to shape the strategic vision of our oncology products and oversee the lifecycle from market analysis to go-to-market execution.

You will define product directions with the Business Unit Manager, coordinate with Marketing and Sales, and monitor performance and pricing.

This role requires at least five years in product management, strong English skills, strategic thinking, and a customer- and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong strategic thinking and high-level perspective.
• Excellent English communication (B2).
• Diplomacy and assertiveness in cross-functional settings.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, and communicate market needs and their impact on products.
• Define strategic vision with the Business Unit Manager and plan future developments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish development priorities.
• Conduct continuous competitive and technological monitoring.
• Identify growth opportunities through new products, markets, or partnerships.
• Position new products, plan their launch, and coordinate go-to-market with Marketing and Sales.
• Monitor the positioning and profitability of existing products, including pricing.
• Translate regulatory requirements into market access strategies.
• Contribute to marketing communication strategy and define key selling points.
