Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in digital transformation with significant procurement experience.
• Proven leading procurement transformation, ERP implementation and cloud-enabled solutions.
• Strong English communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Procurement track under NATO’s Business Services Transformation.
• Manage project/program delivery, risks and stakeholder engagement across entities.
• Provide SME advisory on procurement, ERP and cloud transformation.
