TVH Parts Holding NV is seeking a Product Owner to own the People components within the TVH ecosystem. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals, working with HR stakeholders and external partners to deliver HR solutions that drive operational excellence.

You will partner with business owners to create a priority project board, manage releases, and ensure continuous service excellence through vendor management and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar Product Owner role, preferably in HR domain.
• Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication in English and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and SDLC processes.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR capabilities and integrations.
• Prioritize features, releases, and bug fixes to create a clear product roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide the team, ensuring effective communication and removal of obstacles.
