The senior Process Engineer will join the Contracting squad to manage end-to-end investment contract processes, including contracting flows, legal matters, pledging, donations, activation and addenda.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a senior process engineer in banking, process management or business analysis.
• Ability to model, document and analyse end-to-end processes using process management tools.
• Apply methods of process improvement to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency and control.
• Experience with risk management and control requirements.
• Ability to analyse, structure and model complex information and facilitate decisions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Clear communication, influence and negotiate, work autonomously in a multidisciplinary squad.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement investment contract subprocesses in line with business architecture principles and bank strategy.
• Improve contracting processes for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk control.
• Monitor KPIs, complaints and frontline feedback, translating findings into prioritised improvements.
• Coordinate change management from impact assessment through implementation, user guidance and post-release support.
• Translate business needs into application requirements, support testing and validate outcomes for customers and employees.
• Maintain clear process documentation and alignment with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control and General Inspection requirements.
