Zusammenfassung

Lutosa, part of the McCain Foods group, seeks a Senior Pricing & Commercial Controller to shape pricing strategy and strengthen commercial decision-making. You will lead the Pricing Excellence Roadmap, translate market insights into actionable recommendations and balance competitiveness with profitability across channels.

The role collaborates with the Commercial and Finance Directors and can be based at Leuze-en-Hainaut or Waregem, with hybrid work options and exposure to a global group’s

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Controlling and/or Pricing, ideally in an international FMCG, food or B2B manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving margins through pricing strategies, processes or tools.
• Strong expertise in price-volume-mix analysis, customer and product profitability, and financial modelling.

Aufgaben

• Lead Pricing Excellence Roadmap across retail, foodservice and industry, driving value-based pricing.
• Develop and maintain pricing policy and governance with floor/target prices and thresholds.
• Build pricing models and tools using market/competitive intelligence.
