Bpost is seeking a Bid & Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end public tender bids and contribute to the commercial architecture of complex deals. You will coordinate Legal, Finance, Operations, IT and Pricing teams, ensure compliance with Belgian and EU procurement rules, and manage multiple tenders across Bpost and Bnode entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Bid & Commercial Manager role managing complex public procurement tenders.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and European public procurement law and tender processes.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end bid management for public tenders across Bpost and Bnode entities.
• Coordinate internal contributors (Legal, Finance, Operations, IT, Product, Pricing) to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Develop commercial propositions and deal architecture to win tenders and complex private deals.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Sales to develop competitive pricing structures and value-focused responses.
• Monitor tender pipeline and report progress to Cluster Head; support subsidiaries lacking procurement expertise.
