Our client in the biotechnology sector seeks a senior Power BI specialist to transform complex data into actionable insights across supply chain operations in Gent. You will design dashboards, implement scalable reporting workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize warehouse processes.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, AI-enabled analytics, data governance, and adherence to GxP in a regulated environment. Hybrid work, full-time, with potential for permanent or freelance engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Power BI development experience.
• 5+ years dashboard lifecycle management experience.
• 3+ years applying AI-enabled solutions to improve data reporting.
• Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to support business processes.
• Understanding of warehousing, inventory management and material planning operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for root-cause analysis.
• Master's degree in Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and build complex Power BI dashboards to support supply chain teams and project stakeholders.
• Integrate and structure data from multiple sources using Power Apps and Power Automate to create scalable reporting workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, data-quality, and integration issues within the existing dashboard landscape.
• Collaborate with business users to translate reporting needs into technical requirements and validated data solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze warehouse processes and perform root-cause analysis for operational improvement.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions to enhance data analysis and team productivity.
• Maintain compliance with GxP, data governance, and safety standards within a regulated environment.
