Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Consultant to turn data into clear insights and scalable reporting solutions. You will lead BI projects from data modeling to deployment, collaborate with stakeholders, and coach colleagues on best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience including 3+ years of Power BI expertise.
• End-to-end Power BI delivery: modelling, DAX, transformations, visualization and deployment.
• Ability to build scalable, performant models and apply best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs and reporting logic for stakeholders.
• Take ownership of solution design and quality, and coach colleagues on best practices.
• Proficient with Power BI Service including workspace governance, deployment and RLS.
• Experience with external Power BI tools such as Tabular Editor and DAX Studio.
• Communicate effectively with Data Engineers and translate data needs into solutions.
