g2 Recruitment is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decisions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. The role is a 12-month assignment with hybrid work of 1-2 days on site in Belgium.

You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and boost production efficiency through data insights and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of data modelling and KPI reporting.
• Must be Fluent in Dutch OR French.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyse manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and sales data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
