Pauwels Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Power BI specialist for a Gent-based project in the biotechnology supply chain. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and develop advanced reporting solutions within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 8+ years in Power BI, 5+ years in dashboard lifecycle management, 3+ years applying AI to reporting, and strong knowledge of warehousing and GxP compliance. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI development including dashboard design, data modeling and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in dashboard lifecycle management and troubleshooting complex data integration problems.
• 3+ years of professional experience applying AI-enabled solutions to improve data reporting and analysis.
• Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to support business process automation.
• Sound understanding of warehousing, inventory management and material planning operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for variation and root-cause analysis.
• Master’s degree in Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and build complex Power BI dashboards to support supply chain teams and project stakeholders.
• Integrate and structure data from multiple sources using Power Apps and Power Automate to create scalable reporting workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, data-quality, and integration issues within the existing dashboard landscape.
• Collaborate with business users to translate reporting needs into technical requirements and validated data solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze warehouse processes and perform root-cause analysis for operational improvement.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions to enhance data analysis and team productivity.
• Maintain compliance with GxP, data governance, and safety standards within a regulated environment.
