Sopra Steria Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior BI Engineer – Power BI to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions. You will combine data engineering, ETL/ELT, data modelling and cloud data platform concepts with strong hands-on Power BI expertise.

You will lead BI projects across requirements, modelling, reports and dashboards while coaching colleagues on best practices and collaborating with data engineers, architects and business stakeholders to create scalable, governed insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience, incl. 3+ years Power BI development.
• Strong Power BI expertise: semantic modelling, DAX, visuals, deployment.
• End-to-end BI delivery from ingestion to reporting.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Familiar with Azure, Fabric, Databricks; collaboration with engineers.
• English and Dutch and/or French proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Take a leading role in delivering end-to-end BI projects.
• Design data requirements, ETL/ELT flows and data models.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI.
• Coach colleagues on data modelling, DAX, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects and stakeholders.
