Job summary

Keystone Solutions in Brussels is seeking an expert Data Analyst to join a consultancy mission on-site within a Corporate Banking transformation program. You will shape the future of data intelligence by modernising the BI and reporting ecosystem from SAS/SQL/Alteryx towards a Power BI platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will lead data transformations, design scalable BI architectures, mentor teams in DAX and Power BI best practices, and ensure data governance and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/data engineering experience in banking transformations.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French; local-language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end banking data transformations and migrate from legacy ETL to Power BI-centric architectures.
• Design and enforce a scalable Power BI architecture and promote reusable templates.
• Coach and mentor teams in DAX, Power BI best practices, and data transformation techniques.
• Manage metadata, data quality controls and governance across datasets and reports.
• Ensure seamless integration of new data sources with minimal latency and high reliability.
