EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Scrum Master fluent in English to join the Development team remotely within the EU. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach agile practices, and help drive continuous improvement while collaborating with a major client IT team.

The ideal candidate has a IT degree with 8+ years in IT, strong knowledge of Scrum and scaled agile, Jira experience, and excellent English. Remuneration is competitive with a benefits package and contract options.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artifacts and principles.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, etc.).
• Ability to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, backlog refinement).
• Guide team to follow PM² agile principles and agile practices.
• Remove impediments blocking progress.
• Support Product Owner with backlog management and user stories.
• Document the agile way of working and monitor progress with Jira dashboards.
