COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee delivery of IT projects with strong PMO experience. You will plan, coordinate resources and timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across international teams.

The role requires Agile/Scrum knowledge, PM certifications, and expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, and SharePoint. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a PMO role.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projects.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Certification in PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or PMBOK is advantageous.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess projects' maturity against the chosen PM methodology and guide compliance.
• Maintain PMO tooling (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint) for planning and reporting.
• Guide teams in methodologies and review deliverables.
• Support IT governance compliance.
• Review estimates, timelines and resources.
• Maintain project plans and track progress with regular reports.
• Define and manage change control and approvals.
