EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Data Analyst (Power BI, ML) fluent in English to work remotely within the EU, joining the Development team that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.

You will perform evolutive maintenance of Power BI dashboards, develop data pipelines and ML models, and ensure data quality while supporting users and documenting changes. Strong English and IT experience required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, with minimum 4 years IT experience.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) or big data frameworks (Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Hadoop).
• Experience with AI platforms and techniques (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit, RAG).
• Experience in gathering requirements from Business Units; data source connections; data cleaning; testing.
• Experience in documenting changes and creation of AI prompts to improve classification accuracy.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsabilités

• Evolutive maintenance of Power BI dashboards.
• Gather requirements from Business Units, implement improvements, new data loads and refreshes for all datasets included.
• Maintain and upgrade the Data Gateway connections.
• Evolutive maintenance of the data pipeline classification in Python.
• Train and deploy machine learning models in a production environment, monitor performance and improvements.
• Apply machine learning to improve data quality and deploy data tools in analysis.
• Define, implement and monitor security plans, vulnerability scanning, risk management and incident response.
• Provide guidance and support to users, follow up on incidents and user requests, write user manuals and IS online help.
