Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Product Manager with stakeholder alignment, planning and roadmaps in the payments domain. You will own initiatives, document business needs, and prepare cross-entity summaries for aligned outcomes across teams.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience in project-driven environments, with strong communication in Dutch, French, and English, and a background in banking or payments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis in project-driven environments.
• Experience working with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business teams.
• Knowledge of international payments ecosystem and SEPA payments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Document business vision and business needs.
• Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
• Define and share business requirements.
• Manage risks, quality and issues.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
