Brigada is seeking an Account Director to lead branding and marketing accounts from initial conversations to final delivery. You will partner with client service, strategy and creative teams, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
Role requires extensive senior client leadership experience, strong strategic and financial understanding, and the ability to grow accounts while coaching account teams. Dutch and English fluency are essential, French is a bonus.
We're looking for an account director who keeps clients happy, teams sharp and projects moving. You'll lead branding and marketing accounts from the first conversation to the final delivery, keep an eye on profitability and help our team do its best work.
You'll be a strategic partner rather than just a service provider. You'll work closely with our client service, strategic and creative teams, and with different client partners depending on the accounts you lead.
We're looking for someone with extensive experience as an account director or in a senior client leadership role, ideally in a branding agency or on the client side in a brand or marketing environment. Alongside a proven track record of managing senior client relationships and complex, integrated accounts, you'll also bring the following:
You'll be joining a team with plenty of expertise and a genuine we've-got-your-back mentality.
A few other perks:
Brigada was born when Fantastic, mortierbrigade, Onlyhumans, Today, Who Owns The Zebra and the B2B team of meetmarcel joined forces. The fight we picked? We want to get brands and people moving again — not by pushing every button at once, but by pushing for a clear direction.
To make sharp decisions, you need to see the bigger picture. That's why we bring together the four key domains of brand, product, people and marketing — combining the service of an integrated agency with the expertise of all the different specialist agencies that brands would otherwise need — and need to keep aligned.
