Agoda in Brussels seeks a strategic Senior Manager to lead performance marketing for a major partnership, owning the P&L, guiding a small team, and shaping cross-functional strategy. You will work with partner marketing, regional teams, and Agoda's commercial and product groups to drive measurable revenue and data-driven decisions.

You will drive channel optimization, build scalable analytics, and lead executive-facing initiatives that elevate partnership performance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Complex stakeholder management including partner relationships at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Set overall marketing strategy and influence ROI targets; optimize investment levels to ensure we hit partnership goals.
• Guide team on channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Own the annual planning process and budget allocation across channels.
