Aikido is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to scale our people operations in Belgium, handling contracts, onboarding, payroll, and employee administration. The role focuses on Belgium as the main hub and requires collaboration with HR tools and local partners.

You will act as the go-to person for employee admin questions and help manage benefits across Belgium and other countries, ensuring compliance and smooth employee experience.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day HR operations (payroll, contracts, and compliance), mainly for Belgium
• Act as the go-to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.)
• Smooth onboarding/offboarding
• Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Mobility budget, group insurance, eco and meal vouchers, and healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries
• Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, Deel and local payroll partners
• Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules
