Aikido is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to scale our people ops in Belgium, handling contracts, onboarding, payroll and employee administration as the main hub. You’ll own day-to-day HR operations and serve as the go‑to for employee admin questions.

• Help manage employee benefits in Belgium (Mobility budget, group insurance, vouchers, healthcare) and equivalents elsewhere.
• Work with HR tools and vendors (Oyster, Rippling, Deel, Officient).
• Coordinate with legal and HR partners on compliance or local rules.

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations (payroll, contracts, and compliance), mainly for Belgium

• Act as the go‑to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.)

• Smooth onboarding/offboarding

• Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Mobility budget, group insurance, eco and meal vouchers, and healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries

• Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, Deel and local payroll partners

• Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules

• Good HR and payroll expertise in Belgium, with US process experience as a strong plus.

• Familiar with global HR ops (contracts, benefits, compliance, in different regions)
