Job summary
Rhox in Belgium is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong SharePoint Online expertise to harden, govern and recover collaboration workloads with a focus on cyber-resilience. You will design SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, sharing and content types, strengthen security, backup and incident response, and automate tasks with PowerShell.
You will document architecture and recovery runbooks for handover.
Qualifications
- 4+ years with Microsoft 365 and hands-on SharePoint Online.
- Experience across Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Practical knowledge of least privilege, guest access and external-sharing risks.
- Intermediate Intune expertise: compliance policies, configuration profiles and Conditional Access.
- Intermediate PowerShell skills across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.
- Junior to intermediate Microsoft Purview expertise.
- At least one cyber-resilience, tenant-hardening, backup/restore, information-protection or incident-recovery programme.
- Dutch or French (native).
- English (B2), for documentation and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, sharing and content types.
- Strengthen collaboration security, backup, recovery and incident response.
- Configure Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and application consent.
- Implement Purview sensitivity labels, DLP and retention.
- Automate inventory and administration with PowerShell.
- Document architecture, standards and recovery runbooks for handover.
