Job summary

Rhox is seeking a project manager to drive a SharePoint migration and deliver a new SharePoint intranet in Belgium. You’ll lead the Microsoft 365 implementation for document management and collaboration across business teams.

You’ll manage objectives, risks and issues, escalate when needed, and align solutions with business needs. Prepare presentations to help stakeholders decide and coach teams through training, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proven IT project experience implementing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Change management skills to support new ways of working.
• Clear communication with business stakeholders.
• Workshop facilitation and training skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work through details.
• Dutch language proficiency (B2).
• French language proficiency (B2).
