Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Operations Support Engineer to join a European agency delivering large-scale digital services. You will manage complex incidents, drive root cause analysis, and define monitoring and operational readiness strategies.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise operations, strong incident/change management, and experience with containerized and cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem and change management.
• Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience in international and multi-vendor environments.
