Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Operations Support Engineer for a European agency delivering large-scale digital services. You will manage complex incidents, lead root cause analyses and coordinate preventive actions across infrastructure, middleware and applications.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise operations, strong skills in incident and change management, and experience with containerized and cloud-native environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
• Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence.
• Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations.
