Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Operations Support Engineer for a European agency handling large-scale digital services. The role focuses on incident management, proactive monitoring, and cross-team coordination to ensure service reliability.

You will drive root cause analyses, support deployments, and contribute to automation initiatives while operating in international, multi-vendor environments with modern cloud-native stacks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem and change management.
• Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience in international and multi-vendor environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
• Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence.
• Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations.
