Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert Functional Analyst for a client-site consultancy. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and support the delivery of digital services across enterprise channels.

You will align stakeholders and guide development within an Agile team, while promoting best practices and continuous improvement. We value hands-on experience in API, Java-based apps, Mainframe, and SQL, plus strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Functional Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Excellent English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Able to bridge business and IT and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Willing to facilitate discussions and foster agile practices.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Expert Functional Analyst within the Channels & Customer Experience-Enterprises (CCE-E) Tribe. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, delivering value through your expertise and embodying our core values in every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting the delivery of customer-centric, compliant, and reliable digital services across enterprise channels and ecosystems.
• As part of an interfunctional Agile team, you will design and develop high-quality applications to meet evolving customer needs.
• You play a key role in aligning business and IT stakeholders, facilitating complex discussions, and defining the most appropriate solutions to address business needs.
• You define functional requirements and propose feasible solutions, evaluating the pros and cons of each.
• You design detailed functional solutions aligned with the target architecture and ensure a shared understanding across the delivery team.
• With your functional insights, you provide guidance and clarification to developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• In every activity, you continuously challenge ways of working and promote best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a complex business and IT environment.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and constructively challenging.
• Clear communicator, active listener, and able to bring people together around shared solutions.
• Comfortable navigating different viewpoints and building stakeholder alignment.
• Results-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused.
• Autonomous, takes ownership, and proactively drives continuous improvement.

• Enjoys collaborating, facilitating discussions, and sharing knowledge with others.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.

Additional Skills:

• Practical knowledge and experience with API, Java-based distributed applications, Mainframe programs, SQL queries, and data management.
• Experience in software testing and testing tools.
• Strong experience in software lifecycle management.
