ACENSI is seeking a Senior .NET Architect for a client in Brussels in the Energy Sector. The tech lead will manage Full Stack .NET developers working on micro-services products.

The role involves leading multiple dev teams, guiding architecture decisions, modernising the stack, and targeting Kubernetes in the near term.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect.
• Experience with the technology stack: C# .NET 10 and .NET 4.x, SQL / MongoDB, Blazor, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Clean architecture, NServiceBus => Dapr.
• Ability to coach developer teams and lead multiple teams.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-business people.
• Work permit for Belgium and valid residence for non-EU candidates.

Aufgaben

• Lead technically a portfolio in different domain areas
• Support experienced developers on issues requiring architecture design
• Integrate an existing team to maintain and support it
• Modernise the application and migrate the services to .NET 10
• Adopt a modern architecture, targeting K8s in the coming 2 years
• Take the lead of multiple dev teams and help coordinate the work during a sprint
• Act as a player in the Scrum teams
• Provide a good vision of the target architecture
• Challenge technical choices with other Tech Leads and developers
• Challenge features with the Product Owner
• Explain technical aspects to non-business people
• Organise collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects
• Handle priorities and emergencies efficiently
• Explore new technologies and keep a good technical watch

PROFIL

Must have

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect
• Experience with the technology stack: C# .NET 10 and .NET 4.x, SQL / MongoDB, Blazor, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Clean architecture, NServiceBus => Dapr
• For non-EU candidates working in Belgium: a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium and a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium
• Seniority in technical issue investigation (good analytical skills)
• Structured in the solution approach
• Ability to coach developer teams and to lead multiple dev teams
• Ability to challenge technical choices and features constructively
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-business people
• Efficient handling of priorities and emergencies
• Curiosity for new technologies and a good technical watch
