In4Matic is seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead to shape architecture and drive quality for a modern software platform. You will blend hands-on development with technical leadership, building on .NET and Azure in an AI-enabled environment.

Location: Brussels with telework available. You will coach developers, run code reviews, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions while maintaining delivery quality and security.

Formación

• Strong experience with Azure services and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of .NET and application development.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Frontend development experience with Angular.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in real projects.

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead to contribute to the development and optimization of a modern software platform. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, helping shape architecture, safeguard quality, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical standard by ensuring code quality, leading reviews, and coaching developers on technical topics.
• Translate business and domain needs into clear technical analyses and specifications.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable business platform built on .NET and Azure.
• Work in an AI-native environment where agents assist with writing, testing, and refactoring code, while you oversee architecture, security, and delivery quality.
• Support the team with technical guidance and help raise the overall engineering maturity of the project.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Azure services and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of .NET and application development.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Frontend development experience with Angular.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in real projects, with the ability to critically assess their output.
• Experience in a technical lead capacity, including code reviews, technical coaching, and technical analysis.
• Nice to have:
  • Marten for event sourcing and document-oriented data management in .NET.
  • GraphQL for API design and optimization.
  • PostgreSQL, including document-oriented usage and SQL.
  • RabbitMQ and MassTransit for message-based systems and event-driven architecture.
  • Domain-Driven Design for building scalable, well-structured applications.
  • Elasticsearch for search functionality and data analysis.
  • AZ-204 and AZ-400 certifications.
