Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end operations across Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. This senior role partners with Commercial leadership to support growth, launches, and portfolio lifecycle management while ensuring service, inventory, and cash targets for a ~€250M portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong IBP/S&OP expertise and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of planning, logistics, inventory and customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to balance growth, service, cost and cash.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transform initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder alignment without direct authority.
• People management experience including development and succession planning.
• Collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs; travel ~30%.

Position overview

The MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland).

This role acts as a key Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial leadership , translating global strategy into effective regional execution.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance across a ~$250M portfolio , while leading organizational capability development and enabling high performance across the cluster.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster , ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and strong performance across service, cost, inventory, and cash.

• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, tender participation, and portfolio lifecycle management.

• Own customer service performance and customer experience , including tracking key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.

• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation handling , coordinating with regional and global stakeholders to resolve shortages and optimize allocation strategies.

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain organization , including direct team management, talent development, succession planning, and capability building.

• Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture , promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives , leveraging ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytics to enhance performance.

• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and communication across commercial and regional leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience , including senior leadership roles in complex and matrixed environments.

• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes , including planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.

• Strong business and financial acumen , with the ability to balance growth, service, cost, and cash objectives.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.

• Strong influencing skills and ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Experience in people management and leadership development is required (direct reports included).

• Strong collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.

• Willingness to travel (~30%).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€96,000.00 - €165,025.00
