Position overview
The Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in driving customer-centric value creation across the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular (EP/NV) portfolio.
This role acts as theprimary Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring seamless alignment between global supply chain strategy and local market execution in Benelux.
The position is accountable forservice, inventory, cost and cash performance, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across the full end-to-end supply chain.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of theBenelux end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.
- Partner closely withCommercial leadershipto support growth through reliable supply, product launches, deal enablement, and portfolio lifecycle management (PMR/LCM), including contribution to tender processes and customer negotiations.
- Own and drivecustomer service performance, acting as a key interface with customers, developing performance dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leadcross-functional integration across Supply Chain, including Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational execution.
- Managesupply constraints and escalations, coordinating with regional planning teams to resolve shortages, optimize allocation, and ensure rapid recovery plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Build and foster acustomer-focused, high-performance and inclusive culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, diversity, and engagement across teams and stakeholders.
- Drivecontinuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytical capabilities to enhance supply chain performance.
- Promotestrong stakeholder communication and alignment, ensuring clear, transparent communication with commercial teams to reinforce trust and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including significant exposure to complex, matrixed environments.
- Proven experienceleading regional or global supply chain operations, with a strong focus on performance delivery and transformation.
- Demonstrated track record inIBP / S&OP maturity development and enterprise-level decision-making.
- Experience inmedical devices, healthcare, or regulated industriesis required.
- Strong expertise acrossend-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Solidfinancial and business acumen, with the ability to balance service, cost, growth, and cash objectives.
- Proven ability tolead cross-functional programs and transformationsin a complex organization.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability toalign senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated experience working closely withQuality and Regulatory functionsto ensure compliance and customer outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required;Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Certifications such asAPICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or Agileare considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel (~30%) across the region.
