Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to join our team. The role can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands or Switzerland, and you will drive end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster.

This senior leader partners with Commercial leadership to translate global strategy into regional execution, overseeing service, inventory, cost, and cash, while developing the organization and driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in senior roles.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability and launches.
• Own customer service performance and track metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time).
• Lead cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Drive supply chain risk management and escalate issues to resolve shortages.
