Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Belgium seeks a Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive customer-centric value across the EP/NV portfolio. You will serve as the primary supply chain integrator, aligning global strategy with local execution in Benelux, and delivering service, inventory, cost and cash performance through cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead end-to-end planning, partner with Commercial leadership, own customer service metrics, and push continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years end-to-end supply chain experience in a matrix environment.
• Proven regional/global supply chain operations leadership.
• Experience with IBP / S&OP maturity and enterprise decisions.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
