Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. You will partner with Commercial leadership to ensure supply reliability, product launches, and portfolio lifecycle management, while leading a high-performing regional team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to join our team. The role can be based in Belgium and the Netherlands and Switzerland.
The MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland).
This role acts as a key Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial leadership, translating global strategy into effective regional execution.
The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance across a ~$250M portfolio, while leading organizational capability development and enabling high performance across the cluster.
- Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and strong performance across service, cost, inventory, and cash.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, tender participation, and portfolio lifecycle management.
- Own customer service performance and customer experience, including tracking key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
- Lead supply chain risk management and escalation handling, coordinating with regional and global stakeholders to resolve shortages and optimize allocation strategies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain organization, including direct team management, talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
- Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytics to enhance performance.
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and communication across commercial and regional leadership teams.
- Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles in complex and matrixed environments.
- Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance growth, service, cost, and cash objectives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in people management and leadership development is required (direct reports included).
- Strong collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).
